The Junior Technical Support will be in charge of coordinating, scheduling of installations and/or maintenance, and managing clients' IoT devices to ensure that we are meeting the required KPI’s of their accounts. The Junior Technical Support will also do report and document complicated issues to increase operational efficiency.
Deploying, Configuring and Maintaining IoT systems.
Troubleshooting and providing technical support to the client.
Prepares necessary documents, materials, and devices needed for each project.
Writing Technical Report regarding maintenance work provided (if needed).
Candidate must possess BS IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Can do basic problem solving and decision making skills
Willingness to learn and be flexible.
Must have Pre-employment Requirements (SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philheath, etc.), and be Fully Vaccinated.
